講 題A Green Logistics Application Based on VANET

摘 要
Due to the rapid increase of CO2 concentration, it causes greenhouse effect and traps heat within the surface-troposphere system. Therefore, some studies proposed the Food Mileage (FM) computing model which refers to the distance that a food travels from its point of production to point of consumption. However, recently the FM related systems mostly focus on FM value from single food supplier to many food customers, but they can’t support to provide the multi-objective decision making. For this reason, this research proposes functions of real-time traffic information collection and allocation and transportation for food mileage service on the information system, the designed a “Food Mileage Optimization System (FMOS)” combines the 4D Routing Path Algorithm (4DRPA), Break the Law of Enclosing (BLE), and Linear Programming (LP) to infer the adaptive FM services. 4DRPA and BLE compute the average speed through each path to select the faster and shorter routing path to transport food. LP can provide the multi-objective decision to make from several food suppliers to many food customers. In this approach, it will reduce environmental pollution and avoid the traffic jam, and the automobile exhaust emission to slow global warming.
