This lecture reviews the natural generation of plasma in life and develops it into an important auxiliary use in industry. By controlling the physical properties of "unstable" plasmas, the energetic and reactive species in the plasma, many chemical effects and applications can be induced for purposes such as analysis and measurement. In recent years, the plasma generation under atmospheric pressure has been widely used in technological processes; especially after passing the electromagnetic safety regulations and medical grade specifications for medical devices (instruments), it can be used in, e.g., surgery (including excision of cancerous tissue), dermatology (including medical aesthetics), dentistry (including bacterial-derived treatment), the new term "plasma medicine" has become known. Due to the progress of medical electronics, its derivative medical device products have been announced one after another. These potential medical applications are more related to the generation and healing of "wounds". This lecture describes how "ancient" plasma can eventually promote the self-healing of wounds; how "plasma medicine" is advanced to "clinical trials", and then tried to enter a regular course of treatment for the benefit of patients with similar indications related to "wounds".
